The importance of well-being

The impact of the pandemic has taken a huge toll on our mental health and well-being in different ways, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Over the past few years I have been fortunate to be able to work on a range of people in particular; teachers, parents, pregnant ladies and children. During a very challenging period it has been extremely reassuring to see the impact a relaxing Reflexology treatment had on reducing stress and restoring balance, supporting their well-being and mental health. Consequently, helping them to cope better during these times.
